Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable

All books sold on Volant Reads are digital products (PDF ebooks). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the book has been downloaded.

Important: Refunds are generally not available for digital products after they have been downloaded. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct book before completing your order.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Purchases — if you accidentally purchased the same book twice.
  • Technical Issues — if you encountered a technical problem that prevented you from accessing or downloading your book.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Review Time: We aim to review all refund requests within 3–5 business days. You will receive a response via email with our decision.
